Policy & Rider Guidelines

At Lane Express Transport, we’re committed to making your trip safe, reliable, and comfortable. 
We believe every rider deserves courteous service and a smooth travel experience from start to finish.

 

Our Commitment

  • We are dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and affordable transportation for our community.

  • We treat every passenger with respect, dignity, and care, and we strive to deliver exceptional service at every step.

 

Booking & Cancellations

  • Rides should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Same-day requests are accepted based on driver availability.

  • You can book your ride by phone, text, or through our online request form. Once booked, your ride will be confirmed with a time and driver name.

  • If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup to avoid a cancellation fee. If the driver arrives and you are not present after a 10-minute wait, the trip may be marked as a no-show and subject to a fee.

 

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

  • Please be ready at your pickup location at the scheduled time. We aim to arrive within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. If traffic or weather delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Our drivers can assist passengers to and from the vehicle if requested. For safety, please ensure walkways are clear and accessible.


Safety Rules

  • Seatbelts must be worn by all passengers at all times.

  • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted in the vehicle.

  • Children must use appropriate car seats as required by law.

  • Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Riders may be refused service for such behavior.


Payment & Refunds

  • Payment is due at the time of reservation (online payment) or at the time of service (cash, debit, or credit), unless prior arrangements are made. Receipts are available upon request.

  • Refunds are not available for no-shows or same-day cancellations. For other refund requests, please contact us directly.

 

Accessibility

We welcome passengers of all ages and abilities. Please inform us at booking if you require assistance entering or exiting the vehicle. At this time, our vehicles are not wheelchair or powerchair accessible.

 

Lost & Found

Lane Express Transport is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles. Found items will be held for up to 30 days before being safely discarded.

 

Respect & Service Refusal

  • We ask that all riders treat our drivers and staff with respect, and we promise to do the same.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates safety rules, engages in unlawful activity, or behaves in a way that endangers the driver or other passengers. Such incidents may result in non-refundable payment.
